Q. Who are eVical?
A. eVical are a group of Vegans who have come together to make Vegan shopping easier 🙂
Q. What do we hope to achieve?
A. Our aim is to help small vegan businesses and independant sellers to find customers who will truly appreciate their products. We will also be planting a tree for every £1 profit we make, helping reforestation projects where they are needed most.

Q. How do I sign up to become a vendor?
If you click the icon of the person at the top of the page, click sign up and make sure you tick the ‘Apply as Vendor’ option. Your account will be authorised automatically.

Q. What fees do eVical charge?
A. Unlike other platforms that charge a listing fee plus a high commission when and item sells we keep things very reasonable. We charge only 8% when an item sells so you are never out of pocket.

Why did you choose to use Stripe and not Paypal as a payment platform
A. Stripe charge 1.4% + 20p and Paypal Charge 3.4% + 20p so it was a no brainer. Stripe also allows us to split the payment at point of sale with no need to request payouts. It also reduces admin time for us so we can spend our time where it counts, on making the website the best it can possibly be.

Q. What is the best way to request support?
Asking in our Facebook Group eVical – Sellers Group is the best.

Q. What are the advantages of being on the Facebook Group?
A. You get support from the eVical team, you also get help from other sellers.

Q. Stripe asks me for my domain, what should I put?
A. If you do not have a website or Facebook page, you can use evical.com

Q. My single item shipping is coming up as £5 how can I change it?
A. To change single item shipping you can change it by going to Edit Product -> Shipping.

Q. How do I set up my shipping?
